All residents of Olde Vineyard are responsilble for knowing and abiding by the binding Covenants of Olde Vineyard. Residents should always feel free to contact the HOA with any questions. Any and all planned exterior changes by homeowners should be submitted in writing for approval by the HOA Architectural Review Committee. A residents checklist for renovation and construction may be found below for downloading and printing.
