Here you will find important information about our neighborhood.  If you are considering Olde Vineyard as your new home, we welcome you!  We enjoy wonderful participation by our neighbors in our Home Owners Association.  The purpose of the Association is to represent all owners and provide for the care of all common areas such as the entrance and frontage along Clinton-Raymond Rd. Dues pay for such items as premium street signage, lawn care, shrubbery, landscaping, seasonal decorations, sprinkler systems and entrance lighting.
