Covenants

All residents of Olde Vineyard are members of the Homeowners Association and are responsible for understanding and abiding by its binding Covenants.  Residents should always feel free to contact the HOA with any questions.  Any and all planned exterior changes by homeowners should be submitted in writing for approval by the HOA Architectural Review Committee.  Along with our Covenants, a residents checklist and request form for renovation and construction may be found below for downloading and printing.

Annual Fees in Olde Vineyard are very reasonable at only $100 per year.
However, not paying Annual Fees on time can be costly. 

 Please Note:  Effective with the Revised and Amended Covenants of Olde Vineyard,
No Property may be offered FOR RENT or LEASE, either Long-term or Short-term.

In addition to contacting the HOA regarding outside changes in your home, owners should contact the City of Clinton Community Development office to be sure all plans are within the City of Clinton homeowner codes and requirements.

City of Clinton Code requirements and enforcement issues related to property maintenance and nuisance issues are also Olde Vineyard Covenant provisions.

Covenants available on this page are legally binding and provide details related to Olde Vineyard homeowner obligations and responsibilities.  It is the owner’s responsibility to make themselves aware of our neighborhood covenant requirements.  Non-compliance may result in fines or penalties.

Some Neighborhood Covenant Highlights

  • Residents are required to submit the Renovation and Construction Request Form to the HOA to secure approval prior to any outside construction or maintenance with different or new materials or colors for their home 
  • Residents are not required to contact the HOA for any changes or updates inside homes
  • No property may be offered for long-term or short-term lease or rental
  • All storage or outbuildings must meet covenant requirements and must be pre-approved by the HOA request form submission
  • All fences must be privacy type wooden fences as described in the covenants
  • Regular parking on the street is not permitted, including overnight
  • Roofs should be darker architectural shingles, none green or white
  • Any satellite dishes should not visible from the street
  • Campers, boats, or trailers must be garaged or parked behind fences and not visible from the street
  • Pets should not be loose and must be leashed on neighborhood walks
  • Pet owners should remove any feces left by pets during walks
  • All pavement surfaces in front & on the sides of homes should be of washed gravel finish
  • Garbage cans should be stored in garages or behind fences when not at the street for pickup – this is a City Code and Covenants requirement
  • No signs of any kind may be placed on the subdivision common areas, which includes along our white rail fencing or on the entrance island
  • Yard or garage sales are not permitted

Fines may be assessed to resident homeowner accounts for failure to abide by Covenant provisions.
