Annual Fees in Olde Vineyard are very reasonable at only $100 per year. However, not paying Annual Fees on time can be costly.

Due October 1st, HOA member annual fees are $100. This represents tremendous value to individual homeowners as the Association helps to maintain resident property values.
Late payment of fees, after October 31st, will result in penalty fines being assessed to the owner HOA account at the rate of 10% per month until paid. All annual fees and late payment fines are legally binding and due in full.

- Management and payment for ongoing lawn and shrubbery care at our entrance. This includes all fencing and regular grass cutting along fences.
- Covenant management and enforcement.
- Coordination with the City to protect and enhance Olde Vineyard.
- Installation and management of custom street signs.
Annual mail invoices are sent to all homeowners for payment of HOA annual fees. Thank you.

Replacement of all mail box/posts in Olde Vineyard should be one of these two options:
1. Decorative iron post and mail box from Copper Sculptures of Flowood.
